19:59you can also chat with us live, which many of you are doing right now. It's always great seeing all the different people come into the chat and post links and resources and comment. And, you know, we get all these different perspectives. It's amazing. So you're missing half the fun if you're not doing that. All right, Courtney, what's up next? Andre Dele in Berlin, Germany asked,
20:19what's your ai project of the week anything to share all right craig you have some experience with this uh i do uh and i don't have anything to to share right at the moment i um i was on vacation for a week and then this week has been uh uh really swamped with work i've got a lot of work things going on um but i'm going to be digging in this weekend on show hub there's a
20:47whole bunch of backed up features for a question, enabling all the question pieces, doing checklists for the show management team and a bunch of other enhancements. I'm also working on this. A lot of people vibe code and they don't know what's next. They're not professional product managers. And so if you have the nugget of, oh, I saw this app that I use. It's a SaaS app, whatever. And I'd like to replace it. Well, if you're just doing it
21:21for yourself and you're not going to share anybody, you can just vibe code it and start using it. If you're going to share it with others, if you're going to use it in a productive manner, if you're going to expose it to the internet, there's a bunch of things that you need to do. and some of that can be more than what people are expecting.
21:42And so there's a graphic or might end up being a calculator just to say, hey, here's what I've done. How much is left? Because it can be quite a bit, you know, adding, oh, adding multi-user support. Well, you got to change around the app because you didn't plan for that from the beginning or, you know, the way it's set up, it's not really set up to scale.
22:05to the number of people you're expecting or doesn't have the support, you know, role-based security or there's a whole bunch of things that I'd love to be able to make sure people have the right expectation or ability to say, oh yeah, I got to add that in and not just rely on AI to tell you, oh, don't forget to do this. Right. And so when you, I don't know how you
22:33start your projects but obviously conceptually you have an idea for a product you kind of know what it what you want it to be but I like for me and I've only done like a couple of I mean extremely rudimentary basic apps and I always started with like a simple a simple prompt but how do you start like a big project like show hub obviously many people in the community that watch
