I have a mini PC I cannot get it to see my ATEM Mini all of a sudden. It was working last week but not now. I have run all the updates and still not seeing it. Any ideas?

23:19it over the network or are you uh plugging into usb is it not seeing it on the usb bus or is it but not seeing it on the network. In any case, usually if it's on the USB bus, you should be able to plug it in and go, but look at your device manager and see if it's being recognized as a USB device.

23:37If not, run the old ATEM setup, which is a separate program rather than the software install for the ATEM Mini Pro, and then go down to network settings and make sure you're on the same network as your router that the Mini PC has connected to the same router, and if it's connected over Wi-Fi, it could be connecting over 5 gigahertz Wi-Fi, which could be set up as a separate subnet on your router.
