I’m pleased to share that Guy Cochran has been appointed by the Board as CEO of Office Hours Global.
Guy steps into this role with a clear mandate: to lead the organization’s operations, scale its impact responsibly, and ensure that our mission translates into measurable outcomes. He will be accountable for day-to-day execution, building the right teams and systems, and delivering the tools, programs, and capabilities needed to support our members and partners.
As CEO, Guy will:
- Act as the chief storyteller and relationship builder
- Lead the organization’s operations and execution
- Design and deliver the capabilities required to advance our vision and mission
- Be the internal voice of “this is why we exist” when decisions get uncomfortable
- Ensure programs, systems, and processes work together
- Support and develop the OfficeHours Global team
Just as important, Guy brings a grounded, practical leadership style well-suited to where Office Hours Global is today and where it needs to go next. He understands that sustainable impact requires discipline, clarity, and the willingness to make hard calls.
