Savoury Pancakes

Ingredients: Utilise metric teaspoon for measuring

  • 1 Cup Chick Pea Flour
  • ¾ Cup Maize Meal
  • ½ Cup Bread Flour
  • ½ Cup Chopped Fresh Coriander
  • ½ Cup Baby Spinach
  • ½ Cup Chopped Spring Onion
  • 2 Tablespoon Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste 
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric
  • Salt to Taste
  • 2 Cups Water (Room Temperature)
  • A Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Small Onion
