Green Masala
Ingredients: Utilise metric teaspoon for measuring
- 125 grams Serrano Green Chillis
- 30 grams Garlic
- 30 grams Ginger
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Oil
Beans Subzi
- 2 X Tins of 410 grams Beans in brine (Red Kidney/Pinto)
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- ½ Teaspoon Ajwin / Celery Seed
- 2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera (see the previous cook along)
- 1 Stalk Curry Leaves
- 1 X 410 grams Tinned Cubed Tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric
- ¼ Teaspoon Green Masala
- ½ Teaspoon Jaggery or Sugar
- ½ Teaspoon Garam Masala
- ½ Cup Water
- Fresh Chopped Cilantro for garnish
