Savoury Pancakes
Ingredients: Utilise metric teaspoon for measuring
- 1 Cup Chick Pea Flour
- ¾ Cup Maize Meal
- ½ Cup Bread Flour
- ½ Cup Chopped Fresh Coriander
- ½ Cup Baby Spinach
- ½ Cup Chopped Spring Onion
- 2 Tablespoon Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Chopped Green Chilli
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
- ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric
- Salt to Taste
- 2 Cups Water (Room Temperature)
- A Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice
- Small Onion
