Dhana Jeera
Ingredients: Utilise metric teaspoon for measuring
- 250 grams/8.8oz Whole Coriander Seeds
- 60 grams/2.1oz Whole Cumin Seeds
Aloo Fry
- 500 grams/1.1lb Potatoes (Russet)
- 2 Stems of Fresh Curry Leaves
- Pinch of Chilli Flakes
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons Dhana Jeera (what we made above)
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- ½ teaspoon Tumeric
- 1-2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
- Fresh Coriander to garnish
Utensils needed:
- Coffee grinder for Dhana Jeera
- Potato Peeler
- Knife
- Chopping Board
- 24cm/9.5inch Frying Pan
- Metric measuring spoons
- Lifter / Flipper
