Ingredients:

- 1 Cup Peas, Frozen
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Potato
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 2-3 Cinnamon Sticks
- 2 Whole Cardamon
- 2 Whole Cloves
- ¼ Teaspoon Crushed Garlic
- ¼ Teaspoon Crushed Ginger
- Crushed Chilli to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Milk
- Garnish with Flaked Almonds

Savoury Lassi
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Natural Yogurt
- ¼ Teaspoon Grated Fresh Ginger
- ½ Teaspoon Crushed Cumin Seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander
